ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTED ZONES IN SINGAPORE THAT YOU DO NOT DELIVER TO
GoGo Mall delivers island-wide with the exception of army camps and offshore island of Singapore.
CAN THE DELIVERY BE MADE TO MY OFFICE RECEPTION?
GoGo Mall will attempt delivery to your stated shipping address. If you are unreachable at your address, the driver will only be able to hand over the parcel to your reception staff if you have given prior authorisation to our driver and if your office/building’s policy allows it.
WILL YOU CALL ME BEFORE THE DELIVERY
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a call before the delivery is made. GoGo Mall will send you emails to keep you informed of your delivery status. GoGo Mall values your precious time. Hence before the delivery is made, we will send you a SMS to inform you that your parcel is on your way.
